Invite our food blog crew to your restaurant

We love visiting restaurants, cafes, bars, and food trucks that are proud of what they serve. If you think your place deserves a dedicated episode and feature on Panda Express Food Blog, you can invite our team for a hosted or partially hosted visit.

What happens during a visit

When we visit your restaurant as bloggers, we typically:

  • Meet briefly with the owner, chef, or manager to understand your story.
  • Taste a curated selection of dishes that represent your concept.
  • Film short video segments in and around your space.
  • Capture high-quality photography of the food, interior, and team.
  • Gather notes for a written review and possible award consideration.

We always clarify expectations in advance: whether the visit is fully hosted, partially hosted, or fully paid by us, and whether we are filming for social media, long-form content, or both.

Our basic rider & requirements

To keep the experience smooth for both your team and ours, we ask for:

  • A confirmed time slot (usually 2–3 hours) with a point of contact on site.
  • Permission to film in the dining room and, if possible, briefly in the kitchen.
  • A relatively quiet corner or table where we can shoot close-ups of the dishes.
  • Access to power outlets for charging cameras and lights if needed.
  • Clarity on which dishes you would like us to feature.

After the visit, we need 1–4 weeks to edit photos, video, and text depending on our calendar. We’ll let you know when the episode and article go live so you can share them with your audience.

How to send a visit request

To keep everything organized, we accept visit requests through our online creator portal. You’ll need a free account to submit your application.

  1. Click Sign up to create your personal account.
  2. Complete your restaurant profile (address, concept, cuisine, social links).
  3. Fill out the “Invite us to visit” form with preferred dates and details.
  4. Attach a few recent photos of your food and space (optional but helpful).

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and contact you if your venue fits our upcoming travel plans or editorial themes.
